Does anyone else have an issue when using the Plans Maintence utility - for us it only allows for updating about 35 constituent records at a time, any more than that and Tessitura freezes. Is there a limit I'm not seeing in the documentation? Otherwise I'll submit a support ticket. We're in a hosted environment but I believe this was still an issue for us when we were not hosted. Our DBA can do mass updates on the back end, but I wondered if the utility should be more efficient than it currently is for us.

Hi Ariel, I believe this was fixed (at least for us on RAMP) in a version of 15. We are on 15.2.37 and this updating defect is no longer an issue (we historically could only upload 25 at a time!).
