We have started pulling lists using associated records (very exciting!) but one specific association seems to cause problems. When we try to include associated records using this association we get the following error when trying to generate the list:
The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_T_LIST_CONTENTS_T_CUSTOMER". The conflict occurred in database "impresario", table "dbo.T_CUSTOMER", column 'customer_no'.
The list still generates the count, but it does not include the associated records. Other association types function as expected.
Has anyone encountered this before?
Levi, this may be an incorrect setup in TR_XREF_TYPE or a circular reference with a single constituent. I suggest a support ticket. We can help you find the issue!
