If I had, say, an Amazon storefront and wanted to import those orders directly into Tessitura without manually entering each sale in, would that be possible? I see and Order Export report in Tess, is there an Order Import report that I might get access to? Does anyone have any experience with this?

On the back of Jordan's great advice, the order import utility is a fiddly beast and you'll do well to get some back up support to help you with layout of data, the xml files you'll need to match columns of data to the database and any pricetype/ performance/section matchups. Tess support can help as can us folks, so tech out when you need to wireframe the project.
