Google Analytics 4 Item Count with packages.

Greetings All,

I apologize if this is a stupid question. In the midst of staff turnover, I have inherited the management of our Google Analytics. I am a beginner with GA and am working my way through their training/documentation, but since data can not be changed once it is collected, I want to try and get the information to be accurate as soon as possible rather than waiting until I fully understand all the details of the tool, so I am turning to all of you for advice.

I discovered that our GA had been ignored and starting working through the process to connect our TNEW data to the new GA4 Property (auto created). I was able to get this connected and the numbers seem to be coming through properly, but my packages are being counted by the total number of seats they contain. For example, if we sell 3 packages of three shows each, it will count that as 9 items in GA. This isn't the worst problem in the world, and I am sure I will soon learn enough to build some reports that filter that down, but it seems like packages should count package level seats, not performance level. This may actually be intentional to keep as much data as possible, but I want to make sure it isn't something I set up incorrectly.

All advice is welcome!

Thanks
