Score one for the Knowledgebase today. I would have chased this problem til I went crazy and still not found it:

But I have to ask the question.... Why is an order listing report tied to tx_machine_location_hist at all?
I'm sure there is a good dreason for it but I can't fathom it at all. I know my box ofice managers use this report extensively and the better I understand it, the more I'll be able to help them out.
On the report there is a field (just to the right of the create_dt) that shows the location where the order was created. Rather than using the actual machine name, it displays the description from the TR_LOCATION id that's associated with that machine in TX_MACHINE_LOCATION.
