My museum wants to add our logo (a very specific font of our name, nothing crazy) to our credit card receipt template.
The ticket design aspect I totally get, you just click the Graphic button and plug in what file you need. My problem is I don't know how to get the jpg file of our logo into Tessitura to be able to pull it into that graphic.
Can anyone explain it (in plain English) because the Help System is not helping. Where do I save it to so that I can pull it into the correct place?

FYI to format JPG into pcx format if you don't have adobe and other photographic software try GIMP its free does take a little fluffing around but it will do it and did I mention its free. ;)
I also found a bunch of jpg to pcx converters on Google, so I may try one of those first. But thank you for the suggestion.
