My museum wants to add our logo (a very specific font of our name, nothing crazy) to our credit card receipt template.
The ticket design aspect I totally get, you just click the Graphic button and plug in what file you need. My problem is I don't know how to get the jpg file of our logo into Tessitura to be able to pull it into that graphic.
Can anyone explain it (in plain English) because the Help System is not helping. Where do I save it to so that I can pull it into the correct place?

I'm assuming you are on RAMP? We haven't done this, but generally you use File Mover to get files into your Tessitura system (order imports, etc). I would guess it works the same here. Do you see this app when you log into RAMP?

Yup. So I just import it into there? So then where does that go from there? The Help System says I have to write in a PCX path:"The path of the folder where PCX files for ticket graphics are stored. Should be entered with a trailing slash, i.e. T:\Tessitura Graphics\"
Hmmm...maybe create a folder called Tessitura Graphics in File Mover and put it there. Then use that file path but add the file name to the end of it. Like I said, I haven't tried this before.
That's exactly what we have done and it works great! We created a folder in File Mover called "Logos", and then uploaded our pcx files to that folder. Then in the ticket design, we have listed out the file name in this format: P:\Logos\ARK_logo.pcx. I think the file format needs to be pcx rather than jpg though?
