We need the way to inactivate/disable Hold codes, Facilities and etc. to hide it from client side dropdowns, House map windows, icket Setup HC/alloc setup and other parts of Tessitura client.
I've expected that standard way, to inactivate HC via inactive TR_HC_CATEGORY and control group should work, but it doesn't.
For now we put ZZ in the names, to have all of them in the end, but this way is not the best..
Any ideas how to make those hide the items, which don't have inactive field in the tables?

TR_HC_Category is not currently in use, so applying a control group there won't do anything as you've experienced. What you're doing is the same as us. We've also changed the name of the hold code to 'z-Not in Use' or actually just deleted it if it was specific to a season and we don't require any historical information on that specific hold.

We try to avoid delete the HC. The HC historical/analytic project in our backlog.
I even didn't know that TR_HC_Category is not used.
I thaught it Reference to HC type field, just naming mismatch.
