I am looking for information on Tessitura backups done by RAMP support. What backups are executed, and how do you ask for a restore?

Hi Sabina, they are usually done on a nightly basis.
They would only restore if the main database was lost / corrupt/inaccessible.
They may be able to restore a live backup to your test system (as long as the versions are the same - your test system would need to be on the same version as your live one.
If you are trying to retrieve lost data etc this will be something you need to raise with the support team or your internal IT / DBA if you have one.
