This is our first time using a promo code for online sales. I think I built it correctly (I used every piece of documentation the Help System had). The problem is I did all the work in our TEST environment and I'd like to test and see if it worked in TNEW before transferring it over to PROD. Is there a way of doing that? Or do I have to have it in PROD before I can TNEW test it?
Hi Chelsea,You should have the test version of TNEW as well, where you will be able to test anything you built in the TEST Tessitura environment.If you don't have that URL, I believe Tessitura should be able to provide you with it if you open a ticket.
I just asked our Senior Marketing Manager since she handles all of TNEW. Thanks for the help!
