Our order confirmations that get sent via TNEW have our museum's name and info on them. However, when we need to print an in-person Standard Order Acknowledgement or Standard Order Confirmation, the design of it does not include our organizations name anywhere on it. Is there a way to add that to the design of the template?
We have been using the Standard Order Confirmation as our receipt for the past year as our BOCA is not connected properly to print real receipts (long story short the company we ordered our cash drawers from sent us the wrong ones, which don't connect to Tessitura, making it so the BOCA isn't properly connected either).
