Manage Interests Utility

Hi Folks,

I'm hoping someone out there has the Manage Interests Utility that can add / update interests to a dedicated Tess list.

I've worked in a few Tessi orgs now and I'm sure it was implemented at some of my old workplaces.

If you have this utility would you be able to share the RDL file and Special procedure (scripted as a create to) so that I can put it in place here?
