We are self-hosted and need to purchase Infomaker to make some updates + prepare for the v16 upgrade.
Has anyone found that they needed the Infomaker support? Since it has to be purchased separately, any insight as to the necessity of it would be greatly appreciated!

We've had a license for InfoMaker since 2008, and have never felt the need to reach out to anyone other than, occasionally, Tessitura support, re: IM.
Like most orgs, we don't do much with IM in recent years, other than occasionally edit our custom headers. (I wrote around 300 custom reports in IM, years ago, but haven't done anything with those in years, other than migrate our favorites to SSRS.)
