University of Washington is in a state contract with FiServe. If Windcave sunsets the FiServe we will no longer be PCI complaint. TMS is no really an option for us since we are a University with many restrictions. Has anyone found a solution to this issue or know who we can contact about it? Should we contact Windcave or Tessitura?
UCB here: we worked with reps at our merchant bank (BofA) and eventually determined that the specific flavor of FiServe that we have is _not_ being dropped by Windcave, at least in the short term. If you're not 110% sure of which FiServe service you have, I would start there. I'm sorry, I don't off the top of my head remember the specific names.
We are aggressively pursuing TMS, but there are definitely hurdles to overcome. The obvious issues between Windcave and FiServe have convinced the campus finance department to expedite the process for us. Our campus security auditors are being very helpful, but they are also really, really good, so they have flagged issues that will have to be addressed for us to be able to sign a contract.
Hi Gawain - Do you happen to have an update on the FiServe used by BofA? Did it sunset since this last post?
Thank you!
