We have recently contracted with TRG Arts for data analysis. They're asking us to install an admin-privileged application with scripting to pull and upload a ton of Tessitura data for them to work on. It seems very... insecure? Permissive?
Has anyone else recently dealt with TRG Arts and their data siphon? I would love to have a conversation.
Yes, we're working through it now, and we do have concerns. In addition to the security issues, I have concerns about how long it takes the data retrieval scripts to run. I've been playing around with it in our Test system. Happy to discuss further if you like.
