Is your org on TRBO and uses Zebra ZQ320 printers?
We have been searching for an answer to an issue we are experiencing with our Zebra ZQ320 printers when printing tickets/receipts. We run TRBO (v15.2.32) on Samsung tablets. The issue isn't something that is constant, but it occurs when the printer times out (goes to sleep) with the TRBO application open. Once this happens, when you "wake the printer up" the resulting tickets/receipts end up printing receipt and bar codes with about one foot of extra blank paper. The only solution we've found to correct this is to power cycle the tablet.
We've tried new printer firmware, installing the latest patches, setting the printer settings to not time out/sleep for the longest duration possible but of course they still sleep if not being used.
Just curious to see the extent of other orgs running into the same issue.
