I think when we first switched to TNEW, I noticed that I could use the ranking system to change the MOS of an order, even after tickets had been added to the cart (if someone didn't log-in before adding tickets to the cart. This would even included a pop-up message if they had tickets with a price-type not connected to that MOS and made them clear their cart and reselect the seats.
Recently, however, I have noticed that this no longer seems to work. If someone adds tickets to their cart and then logs in during the checkout process, the MOS doesn't change. For example, we have a student membership that allows for discounted tickets. The tickets discount with a pricing rule to control quantity, but the rule only kicks in for a price type unique to the web student MOS. If the student signs in first and then selects their seats, the discount appears in the cart just as expected. However, if a student selects their seats without logging in (in the default web MOS), the price remains at, even after the checkout process forces them to log in. The order never even changes MOS and goes through on the default.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a TNEW setting somewhere that I am not aware of and may have inadvertently changed? Was there some change in the TNEW functionality that I didn't know about? We use ranks for web MOS shifts heavily so I would very much like to get this functioning properly again.
