I posted a similar question 5 years ago (!), so I am reaching out to everyone to see any new advice.
Does anyone do PAHT of fixed seats packages or superpackages from within the application? (not composite).
I see the below as a guideline in the knowledge base, but am wondering if anyone out there actually does PAHT for subs.
We are on V15.2.29
Mobile Tickets we have covered thru TNEW V7.

The email server that is used in the hosting environment has a maximum attachment size of ~7MB. Any attachment at or over 7MB will not be picked up and sent by the email server. It is also possible that a patron's email server will have an attachment size limit that is less than 7MB, so even if it was picked up and sent, it won't be received.
There is no way to expand the sending attachment limitation, and likely no good way to expand the receiving attachment limitation. If these tickets need to be emailed your best bet is to break them up into multiple orders with smaller numbers in each order. The other option would be to print physical tickets for will call or to mail.

When you say "split up a bunch", how do you do that? For example if we have a subscription MOS that is uncheckmarked PRINTING, but then we check it for printing - won't everything go in the queue to send as PATH? How do spilt up a large order? Or do you mean processing "large" orders under separate order #s? Thanks. -J
These are often online orders in which case the printing just fails. The box office then moves enough of the tickets into a separate order that each order can safely print, then runs reprints manually.
