Is anyone working with Tiqets for third-party ticket sales? If so, I'd love to hear how you are connecting it to Tessitura to record transactions, whether you import the data, or something else.

You may no longer be looking for this information, but we at the Canadian Museum of Nature are using Tiqets. We are connected via an API integration so that our timed ticket inventory and availability are in real-time.They have the Tessitura ticket number/order ID as a barcode on the tickets, so we just scan them in upon arrival using Nscan. No data importing needed.CheersCindy
