I've attached a few screenshots of a strange date format inconsistency: I'm getting undesired US MM/DD/YYYY for only editable start dates in Appeals and Offers building (there may be more places but these are the only I've come across). Every other date instance I can find across Tess in AU DD/MM/YYYY.
All Windows date format settings are correct (AU DD/MM/YYYY) and have been set and reset followed by restart and relogin.
Anyone have an idea where Tess is pulling this format from and why it's only in such specific spots?
Hi, I am not sure if I had the same issue, but I was getting truncated year formats and military time, which we do not use. I was the only one experiencing this. Support reset my user profile, and I believe that fixed it. I had to open a support ticket and it did take a but to troubleshoot, so I would recommend opening a support ticket.
