Hi all,
Does anyone have any suggestions for Tessitura with a Normal Font size instead of Large Fonts? We've set our standard image to Large Fonts since websites (including our own!) looked terrible with Large Fonts. However, users who have the Seat Map open have dead space below and to the right of the Seat Map proper.
We have already adjusted the Seat Map size in Preferences to 16 from 20, but what I'd really like is to extend the usable Seat Map area.

Hi Christian,
That dead space is based on your screen resolution not your font size. Some Tessitura screens, like constituent records, will take advantage of the extra space provided by higher resolutions, but the seat map is not one of those screens. It always uses the same amount of space used for a resolution of 1024 x 768. There is nothing you can do to make it bigger.
