Usher Scheduling Options

Hello,

We're trying to streamline our usher scheduling process and before we look into purchasing software, I wanted to see if Tessitura already is capable of what we're looking for. Here is our wishlist:

  • Ability to transfer all we have into one database
  • Easy to navigate for volunteers
  • Track Volunteer Hours/Event Worked
  • Complete volunteer profiles with picture, notes, past events etc.
  • Ability to send emails to all
  • Ability to easily post events available for sign up
  • Digital sign in and out “kiosk” in building
  • Possibly a message board or forum

Does anyone have experience with using Tessitura for any or all of these functions? If not, do you have any suggestions for software that might integrate?
