Getting Square PoS system to work with Tess

Hi - has anyone had any experience getting the Square PoS system to interface with Tess? I've heard it is very difficult to get them working together, and would appreciate hearing the details of any success story. Thank you!

    We implemented a single Square station for one of our sites that runs a farmers market, but we’re just having them create a single dummy sale for the weekend and dump in the data in aggregate that way. We’re not tying sales back to individual constituents, which works somewhat in this narrow use case because they don’t offer member discounts for this anyway. I would love it if there were a cleaner integration for this, since I think the Square platform is pretty slick. But it’s not something I’ve heard of anyone doing so far. Watching this thread…
