Hi everyone - curious if others have experienced this or if this is just a known defect:
Whenever someone's application password expires, they get the red expired message as expected. But when they successfully reset their password, the 'Password Expired' red error message is still there, unchanged. A lot of coworkers get confused and end up resetting their passwords multiple times because there's not a 'Password Changed Successfully' message. Anyone else experiencing this?
(We're on RAMP and have Ver. 15.2)
Hello Ashleigh! This is Yessenia with Tessitura Network Support. We’re happy to assist you with this concern. I’ve created a Support ticket where we’ll work with you to find a resolution. We’ll also relay our findings from that ticket in this forum post, but if you have any other questions or concerns in the meanwhile please let us know.
Hello Ashleigh! This is Kelsey with Tessitura Support. We have identified this as an existing issue, and have done some testing on this and discovered that once a password is successfully changed, the message will disappear if you close out the log in window and then reopen it. If you would like, you can also submit this via the Idea board. The new Ideas Board on TessituraNetwork.com is where you can formally submit your idea to our Innovation team. Once on the forum, click the “New” button to submit (resubmit) your request. By using the forum, you can allow other members of the Tessitura community to view, comment or vote on the request. We also encourage you to take a look at the existing items on the list and vote on other items you'd like to see on the roadmap as well.
Thank you all for taking a look at it! I'll update my instructions accordingly - and thank you for sharing the Idea Board!!
