Hello,
I was checking and it seems that for some reason our TNEW batches are not showing up in the Batch Administrator, I can find them from Reports/utilities but if I enter the batch number from that list in the search nothing shows. Is there a reason why our TNEW batches are missing?

Off the top of my head, two security options to check: 1) does the user looking these up have permissions for that batch type and 2) is the user a "Manager" of the security group that TNEW uses.
