I am looking to talk to anyone who has been utilizing the Tessitura offered customization that will all Gift Certificates as PAH tickets. How does it work? Do you like it? Do you think it was worth the cost?
Similarly, If you have SalesVu integrated within your system. Do you feel that the scanning of GC's work well between the systems?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
We don't have a SalesVu integration, but we do have a Tessitura customization that emails gift certificates when PAH is selected as the delivery method. We also have a customization that adds $3 if they pick Mail delivery. The customization works well. If you want to change the layout, you'll need to pay for the time to make the change. We also have a custom report within the application that asks for order number and email. The custom report can initiate the emailing of the gift certificate. The report-initiated emailing is nice when you issue a gift certificate in lieu of a refund. We had to do tons of those since COVID started.
