Citrix Update Desktop Viewer

When I logged on to Tessitura this morning, it opened a Desktop Viewer and essentially made me run Tessitura through what appears to be a remote desktop. I vaguely remember Citrix updating late last week so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Has anyone run into this before? If so, how did you correct it?

    We discovered that we did not see anything unusual in your Citrix profile or account at the time. Since this was only occurring on your computer as well, and not happening for any of your colleagues at the time, this may have been an isolated issue post-update. The next step was to uninstall and install a fresh copy of Citrix Workspace. You reported that after doing so, it resolved the issue.
