We have a package on sale and it has only one price type. That price type has good dates on all the perfs, and we're using a separate MOS for our packages. It's a tiny GA facility and there's only one section.
When I'm on the package selection page, TNEW is asking to choose a section, but there are none displayed. I am not sure what I'm doing wrong and Tessitura Support won't be quick enough to help.
Any ideas? Thank you SO much in advance!!!
Hey Eric, is it possible that the seats are allocated and the MOS doesn't have that allocation? I've forgotten to give new MOSes the "unassigned" allocation before, as well.
