Constituent ID not showing up for one user in a user group

Make sure the user has all three Constituent Type check boxes checked in the top left corner of the search screen.  I get calls about this all the time.

Hello there Tessiturians!

There are four users in a particular user group, all with the same security and manager rights.  For one particular Constituent, there is one user in the group who when she enters the Constituent ID in the Search field she gets no results.  Everyone else in the group can pull up the record.  Any thoughts?
