Help! I need a Boca wizard, please!
My org just switched from a 2 in by 5.5 in ticket stock to a 2.75 in by 6 in stock.
I'm trying to adjust our ticket designs to reflect this change, but the farthest top left point I can get text to print is still corresponding with the top-left-most printable area of the old 2 X 5.5 stock.
I know I have seen other organization's tickets that use the larger stock, so there's got to be a way to adjust this, right?
I tried changing the max rows and columns, but that is not having an impact on the alignment.
Is there a setting somewhere in Tessitura where I can tell it the actual size of ticket I'm working with?

Hi Shelly,I think you need this link www.tessituranetwork.com/.../Printer Types.htm have your max rows and columns set.You may also need to change your settings on the BOCA printer itself, as even when our ticket design is correct in Tessitura when we get brand new BOCA's we have to change the ticket sizing on the BOCA too.Caryl
I've finally found the instructions for the BOCA - 1) Ensure that the BOCA has tickets inserted 2) Press the MENU and CHOICES button together until the Screen Changes 3) Use the MENU button to scroll through until you get to the Special Head Menu 4) Use the CHOICES button to scroll through until you get to RevADJ3 P1 5) Press TEST to confirm your choice 6) Press TEST again to Save and Exit the Menu These are for ours, which are from memory 3 x 6 (I don't have a ticket to hand to actually check though!)
