First time caller here.
We have recently moved to Tessitura and I am looking at our option for POS as we currently have an issue with redeeming vouchers for our hospitality offerings. I have had a demo of SalesVu and really like the look of it, but it appears we would be the first user in new Zealand and therefore a few roadblocks to get through in terms of integrating with NZ payment gateways. I am trying to work out how much it is worth fighting for this to be done so interested in others experiences with SalesVu, and also ways that others have got around the redeeming vouchers issue using Tessitura generated vouchers.

Hi Paul - I suspect you are the first NZ member to look at SalesVu but I know there is an organisation here in Australia who are in the process of integrating. There may not be the same payment gateway considerations but I'll connect you via email in case there is info to share.
