First-time TNEW admin here - we'd like to change the amount of time on the checkout clock in the cart from 10 minutes to 30, but I can't figure out where that's controlled from - is that something we can set ourselves, or do I need to ask Support?

We increased ours recently, and I did have to open a ticket.

Thanks for the tip! - I checked that table, but the values don't match what I'm seeing on our site (the table says 15 minutes but our site is only giving 10) - any other suggestions before I put in a support ticket like Eve and Jessica suggested?
No, it's definitely part of your API server configuration, so (assuming you use RAMP) it's a support ticket.
