I was wondering if any WordFly clients who use TNEW have noticed their password reset emails going to junk/spam and being flagged as possible phishing emails? We just noticed today that our password reset emails are being flagged as such in Gmail and that our company Outlook is sending them directly to junk as well. We have the password reset emails and confirmations coming directly from Tessitura which is why I am asking to see if others are experiencing this behavior as well.

This is also happening in Yahoo so I assume this is happening for all email platforms.
