Hi all -
We are experiencing some issues with our scanners and Nscan itself. We are experiencing a 'click scan error' and wondering if anyone has come across this and has a solution? I can't find anything on Nscan about this error and how to fix it. I'm also wondering if there was an updated that came out recently outside of the 6.0.9 or for the Zebra scanners themselves.

Hi Ashli,
How is your network connection? Unreliable internet can cause this sometimes. If your connection isn't "excellent", that's not ideal. I also used to run in to issues with my scanners trying to switch networks on me which caused some fun.

I think part of that is on the nose. We hare testing an additional AP to cover the areas where we are losing connection. Additionally we think some of the non network related issues are due to android version incompatibility which Zebra won't address without a customer number which we do not have because we purchased the scanners through Tessitura.
