Offer Not Working for Package on TNEW

Greetings,

Does anyone know at what stage of a flex package sale on TNEW the order would be seated and the offer limit would kick in? I can't seem to get the limit to work and I am out of ideas.

    Hi Joshua,

    Rachel here with Tessitura Support.The first thing to verify is that in T_DEFAULTS for your TNEW or Tessitura Web parent table there is an entry in field name of ENFORCE_SEAT_LIMIT_FOR_ORDERS and a Value of Yes. If that step has been taken then you've run into a defect scheduled to be fixed in V16.
