Hi friends,
It appears in my ticketing set up fields, that the year is now 2 digits (22 vs 2022); and time is in the 24 clock (military time). Was this a universal change that anyone is aware of? I don't know when this change occurred, but it has to be recently.
Or, am I going crazy??

Hi Jessica! Thanks for opening a support ticket on this as well - we'll keep troubleshooting via the Support Hub, but it's likely coming from a change in your Windows settings that Citrix is pulling the formatting from.
