Hi,
Do I remember correctly that it is possible to have multiple email templates available? I'm trying to create an email to send to the original purchaser when we refund their tickets due to a re-sale. I've got as far as I can without instuctions and now I'm looking for some documentation. Appendix D of the web API is all I can find!
If anyone can point me toward something useful i'd be really grateful!

Appendix D of the Web API document is pretty much all there is at this time. I suggest opening a help ticket for further assistance.
