Standard Order Confirmation

Hi all. I apologize in advance if this is a dumb question.

We need to modify or replicate the Standard Order Confirmation that is found in Print Order> Acknowledgments (and Ticketing Processing>Order Confirmation)  but can't find it

    I believe that is the d_order_acknowledgement file in the UserReports.pbl library in InfoMaker.
    I can't confirm if that is the standard configuration though - however, you should be able to check the T_FORMAT_INFO table to verify the actual d object you are using.

    In TASK, under the Version Upgrades and Patches project, under the Display dropdown, select Tessitura Version Releases.  In the v9.0 release, find a file called:

    SampleFormats90.zip Added for the General Release

    This file contains sample Infomaker format datawindows for reports, acknowledgements, renewals, confirmations and custom screens.

    SHA1: A663627B2383F12B406984A876315A8F5DD6F435

    This contains a single PBL (Infomaker Library) containing all of the standard datawindows that can be used in T_FORMAT_INFO.  These were all changed or renamed in v9.0 to start with “ld_sample”.  You should find a datawindow named ld_sample_order_confirmation in this library that you can copy to your own local report/datawindow library for your needs.
