I'm very new to Tessitura. I'm trying to located a previous CSI form that was already built out. Does Tessitura have a archive or where can I can old forms that where already done?

If you are asking where to find the forms that are already existing, you would have to go into the following System Table: LTR_TNEW_CUSTOM_FORM_DATA
Regarding archived forms, I don't think that Tessitura saves a form that was changed over it. Meaning using the same form and changing the data on it. Only the new data will show up.
I think maybe pulling a CSI report with the time frame of the old CSI will be able to get you the format of the form. Note that the report will only show up if there were already filled out CSIs. Make sure that the report parameter "Show Open Issues Only" is set to NO.
