We have a Product Volume, Price Type Change Pricing Rule. The usual flex pass (Buy 3 events get 10% off all 3).
What would happen if we ran the Event Cancellation Utility Report? How does this affect orders that have Pricing Rules applied to them?
Do the other 2 sub line items in the order revert back to Full Price? My thought is NO, but want to confirm.
If you load the order again, will adding a new third event get subjected to the Pricing Rule? My thought is NO, but want to confirm.
I see Kevin S. wrote on another forum post " Printed tickets are not evaluated by pricing rules because you cannot reprice a printed ticket. Even with an Add On rule, if the SLI for the qualifying product is printed, it will no longer be considered by pricing rules so it won't be able to trigger the discount on the add on product." But this was pre-Event Cancellation Utility report.
