Custom tab oddity

I've been working on a new custom Subscription History tab in Infomaker. When I was testing this I tucked it away under a Custom tab radio button, but now that it's complete, I've moved it to Ticket History -> Subscription History. Curiously, it's order column (with a ID_ORDER(order_no) tag) was clickable and brought up order detail screens as expected when it lived under the Custom tab. Now that I've moved the tab to its new home, the column is no longer clickable, and the magnifying glass doesn't appear.

I haven't noticed this behavior before. Is there a way to get this to work under Ticket History?

  • The detail window functionality does not work on the Subscription and Ticket History screens.  That’s a great enhancement request, though!
