I am working on a performance that is about to go live next week. The seating capacity of the performance had to be reduced from 360 to 90 due to Covid Restriction. Can someone tell me how to get the done? I am new to Tessi so any help will be great.
Adding to Madeline's comment, you could also use Allocations in combination with Hold Codes. For example, we have a Non-Online Allocation so that none of those seats will not be available online (the seats marked with this allocation are not available on any of our Online modes of sale). Allocations add a layer of complexity, but they are very useful. However, Hold Codes are probably the low hanging fruit that you are looking for.
