End of Fiscal Year or problem with Acknowledgement Report?

Hello All,

 

Prior to the end of Fiscal year, memberships that were purchased on the web were working without issue.  Now, when a patron purchases a membership from the web, the contribution is recorded, the membership is created, the constituency is updated, but there is no acknowledgement letter generated (no update to T_ACK_EXT).  I have checked the associated campaigns and appeals to verify the dates are valid, but for whatever reason, the ack letters are not being generated.  Any ideas on where to look?

    Acknowledgements are generated based on rules you specify in Campaigns-References-Acknowlegements.  Specific acks are tied to campaigns.  It sounds like you may have specified rules for last year's campaigns but not for the current year's.

    Hi Dale,

     

    Thanks for the input, but already checked that.  Configured new rules for this year that mirror last year’s configuration with appropriate adjustments for dates.

     

    Still looking for additional suggestions.
