Hello!
We have a user who requires magnifying software to work, but both ZoomText and Windows Magnifier cause Tessitura to crash constantly.
The user is on Windows 10 version 21H1 Build 19043.1202, and the computer's hardware should handle both just fine. We tried different logins, and even a different computer and had the same issues.
Does anyone have a work around or know of a magnifying software that doesn't cause crashes? Direct Tessitura Support offered no recommendations.

If you are running Tessitura in the hosted environment, have you updated the Citrix Workspace app on the computer to the latest version?Dan
