We are working to digitize our ID verification process in an attempt to limit customer/staff in-person interactions and speed up load-ins.
We have an accessibility program that provides special offers to people in certain orgainizations/demographics. In order to opt-in, you must provide an ID, membership card, etc. showing you are eligible. We used to check this ID at the box office at the constituent's first performance, but we are trying to change that so they can submit the ID digitally ahead of time for verification. Since this is clearly sensitive information, we do not want it sent through email and attachments. We also want a process that is simple and easy for our constituents.
Does anyone have suggestions for simple and secure way to have our constituents share files? I know there are third party options so if you have any recommendations I would be most appreciative.
