When we try to add a new lineitem to an order and scroll the dates/title in the seatmap, it does not scroll, and clicking on the Title and/or Dates button for a list of perfs produces a "Rowscopy failed" error. Scrolling dates and titles works fine in new orders, just not preexisting orders.
Anyone ever seen that before? Any ideas what's going on?
