Hi, I noticed that I can only adjust filters in the Batch Ticket Printing (in Season Manager) when I'm logged into the System Admin user group. Under any other user group I can't adjust the filters. I looked in the documentation but it did not make clear where the permissions are stored. Does anyone know where I need to go in Security to assign Batch Ticket Printing rights to a user group? Thanks.

You may just be missing Edit rights in your other user group? I think that once you have access to the Menu Item, you would need edit access to change anything.
Hi Michele, in the security module, the relevant user groups already have Edit rights for Season Mgr Batch Printing, so I'm not sure what else is needed.
I just checked the documentation and it looks like only view rights are actually used. The only other thing I can think of is the batch inactive? Sorry I'm not much help - you might need to open a ticket.
