Can anyone offer some tips on how to get a TRBO tablet to build a config for the ID Tech Mag II swiper? Every time I try to spin up a tablet (this time a brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite), the cc swiper foils me every time. TRBO's "Download ID Tech Config" always errors. The custom config provided by Tessitura isn't recognized. The ID Tech Demo app won't recognize it's default xml, and if I just try to build the Auto Config, it slowly builds to around 90% and then times out. Any and all suggestions are most welcome. We had this same problem several years ago when we installed TRBO on a Samsung tablet. The ID Tech Mag swiper was impossible to install and we finally had to send the tablet in to be programmed. I believe we sent it to ID Tech. Good luck. By the way, we were using it for our Gift Shop sales and decided to go another direction a couple years later.
