Hello, I'm hoping there is someone out there who uses Capacity Interactive's Behavior Infuser who would be willing to help walk me through the setup in SSMS and Security Access, if it's a fairly straightforward process. Or should I just pay Tessitura to do it for us? I can work my way around a website's backend but when it comes to SQL, I have no idea what I'm doing.
You're RAMP, correct? I'd be inclined to get a quote from Tessitura, in part so they have a better idea of what's been added. In the past CI has had engineers willing to a fair amount of this themselves. It should just be running an install script, which shouldn't take anyone too long. I think it's CI that needs their scripts run in an odd mode, which tripped me up the first time I tried to install it.
