Yes! We updated that late last week, so that if you go to https://hello.tessituranetwork.com (the helpdesk) before the main website, you need to authenticate, so click the "Proceed" button on the helpdesk that sends you to to the login on www.tessituranetwork.com. Then, instead of clicking the annoying "Verify my login" button, we made it auto-redirect you back to the helpdesk dashboard while invoking the SSO to the helpdesk. Thanks for calling it out!
I know I whined a bit about this when Hello rolled out, excited to see it cleaned up. Syncing SSO between two separate vendor systems is definitely an impressive feat.
